The construction of a robot can be divided into four phases: processing wood to obtain the internal structure and the “arms”, the assembly of the carriage with the insertion of the motor and gears; cutting and welding of the sheet, and finally the electrical connections between the battery and motor.

1. In the photo you can see how to build the side panels of plywood, such as the axle is fitted with gearboxes. Also you can see how to prepare the seat of the wheels, and then attach them to the structure of plywood.

13. After painting and decoration of the robot we finished and we can see our prototype in operation. It is to say that for the construction of this robot, materials were used simple and cheap.
